We disclaim all liability for improper use, incorrect assumptions based on site-generated kit configurations, or misinterpretations of our IFUs or educational content. Our tools support clinical decision-making but are not a substitute for trained clinical judgment. We do not provide medical advice.
Pricing and kit configurations may vary by facility type, order volume, or customer classification. Quote-generated pricing is dynamic and non-negotiable unless contractually overridden. spdbrushes.com reserves the right to update list pricing at any time prior to quote acceptance.
Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order. Orders are only considered placed once confirmed and acknowledged by our team in writing or via invoice. All order codes generated through our online tools are stored securely and may be referenced to support customer service or order history.
We stand behind our products and offer replacements for defective items when reported within 30 days of delivery. Custom kits and sterile items are non-returnable. Return eligibility and instructions will be provided upon request. Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the original payment method.
