These Terms govern all transactions between you and SurgiHealth Solutions for products, kits, and services. By completing a purchase or submitting an authorized order, you agree to these terms in full.
01 Purchase Eligibility
Customers must be authorized representatives of a facility or organization. Individual purchases are only allowed where explicitly approved. All orders are subject to validation by SurgiHealth Solutions.
02 Product Descriptions & Substitutions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Due to ongoing improvements, equivalent substitutions of equal or higher value may be made unless specified otherwise in writing.
03 Quote Approvals & Order Confirmation
Quotes generated via our online tools or emailed configurations must be formally approved through a purchase order, signed authorization, or electronic confirmation. Once approved, they become binding orders.
04 Pricing Structure
All pricing is in U.S. dollars and may reflect tiered facility logic, bundled configurations, or order-volume terms. Pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated.
05 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard payment terms for qualified facilities are Net 15–30 from invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We accept P-card, credit cards, and PO-based invoicing.
06 Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
We ship from Cincinnati, OH. Card purchases: FedEx Ground is free on orders over $250 CONUS, and $25 flat below that. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.
07 Return Policy
Non-custom products in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior written authorization. Custom kits, sterile items, and personalized configurations are non-returnable.
08 Warranty & Defects
We warrant our products free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from delivery. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
09 Order Cancellations
Standard orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins with written notice. Orders in production, custom kit orders, and expedited orders are not cancellable once confirmed.
10 Compliance
Customer is responsible for ensuring purchased items comply with internal procurement policies and applicable regulatory requirements. All use must adhere to product IFUs and applicable AAMI, CDC, or other governing standards.
11 Limitation of Liability
SurgiHealth Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) involved in the claim.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio. Questions: support@spdbrushes.com.
