These Terms govern all transactions between you and SurgiHealth Solutions for products, kits, and services. By completing a purchase or submitting an authorized order, you agree to these terms in full.
Customers must be authorized representatives of a facility or organization. Individual purchases are only allowed where explicitly approved. All orders are subject to validation by SurgiHealth Solutions.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Due to ongoing improvements, equivalent substitutions of equal or higher value may be made unless specified otherwise in writing. Product packaging, labeling, and quantities may vary by facility type or order configuration.
Quotes generated via our online tools or emailed configurations must be formally approved through a purchase order, signed authorization, or electronic confirmation. Once approved, they become binding orders subject to fulfillment and invoicing.
All pricing is in U.S. dollars and may reflect tiered facility logic, bundled configurations, or order-volume terms. Pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated. spdbrushes.com reserves the right to update pricing at any time prior to quote acceptance.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard payment terms for qualified facilities are Net 15–30 from invoice date (terms confirmed at account setup). Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge on outstanding balances. We reserve the right to withhold future shipments for unpaid balances or accounts in non-compliance.
We accept government Purchase Cards (P-card / GSA SmartPay), standard credit cards, and PO-based invoicing. Payment by check is available on request for established accounts.
We ship from Cincinnati, OH using standard commercial carriers unless otherwise specified. Card purchases: FedEx Ground is free on orders over $250 CONUS, and $25 flat below that threshold. Purchase-order orders: shipping is quoted on the invoice. Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Expedited orders or special handling may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed before shipment.
Non-custom products in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior written authorization from spdbrushes.com. Custom kits, sterile items, and personalized configurations are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to our error.

We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from delivery. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. This warranty excludes damage from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow applicable IFU guidelines.
Standard orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins with written notice. Orders in production, custom kit orders, and expedited orders are not cancellable once confirmed. Cancellations after fulfillment has begun may be subject to restocking or administrative fees, which will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
Customer is responsible for ensuring purchased items comply with their internal procurement policies and applicable regulatory requirements. All use must adhere to the product Instructions for Use (IFUs), facility-specific training guidelines, and applicable AAMI, CDC, or other governing standards.
SurgiHealth Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services. Our maximum liability in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) involved in the claim.
These Terms of Purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
